Equity Action Collective, LLC, was founded in 2021 with the mission: to create equitable and inclusive communities by developing community leaders through civic engagement and professional training. Each of our participants bring unique experiences and narratives to our collective, which we use to create innovative strategies to spark change on a variety of social justice issues.
